Shipping Information

We process and ship all orders from our location in Germany.

1. Processing Time

• All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipping within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after successful payment confirmation.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number once your package has been handed over to our shipping partner.

2. Shipping Carrier & Tracking

• We use DHL for reliable and tracked delivery.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package weight and the destination country.

3. Delivery Estimates (After Processing)

• Germany (Domestic): Usually 1–3 business days.

Note: Please be aware that the delivery times listed above are estimates and are not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons.

Payment Options
